Generally, the slurry water after being cleaned by Shale Shaker and Mud Cleaner is cooled. According to the operating parameters of the treated slurry water, we can provide a compact and efficient cooling equipment - plate heat exchanger. The processing capacity can reach 300m³/h, and the cooling efficiency can be customized based on the site requirements. In some cases, the temperature can be reduced by 50-60°C.
The cold source is circulating clear water. After passing through the plate heat exchanger, the temperature of the clear water increases. At this point, heat energy recovery can be carried out according to the location of the equipment, and the hot water can be used for heating, domestic water, etc. By fully utilizing the heat transfer capability to recover and utilize the heat energy of the sludge, there is no energy waste. This also greatly reduces the operating costs for customers.
Project Case 1: The processing capacity is 300m³/h, the temperature reduction is 20℃, and the heat energy provided by the slurry water is 6 million kcal. If this heat energy is used for heating, it can raise the normal temperature water to 60℃ (this needs to be determined based on the highest temperature of the slurry water) to meet the return water temperature for heating, providing a certain amount of heat energy, and the processing capacity of the heating return water can reach 135m³/h. In this way, the hourly natural gas savings can be approximately 750 cubic meters.
Project Case 2: The processing capacity is 300m³/h, the temperature reduction is 20℃, and the heat energy provided by the slurry water is 6 million kcal. This heat can be used for preheating water in heat pumps, steam boilers, etc. The temperature of the normal temperature water can be raised to 60℃ (this needs to be determined in conjunction with the highest temperature of the slurry water) to meet the heat supply of part of the preheated water temperature for heat pumps, steam boilers, etc. The water treatment capacity of heat pumps and steam boilers can reach 135m³/h. In this way, the power saving per hour can be: 6966 kW/h.
